TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have been teaching chemistry, physics and AP chemistry for 18 years.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I think students learn best in science by doing a lot of hands-on activities and I try to include as many as I can. Our school is a 1 to 1 computer initiative school so I am always looking for new ways to incorporate technology into my lessons.

HONORS/AWARDS/SHINING TEACHER MOMENT

I have received teacher of the year 3 times.

MY OWN EDUCATIONAL HISTORY

I have a B.S. in Chemistry and Computer Science and an M.S. in Chemistry.

ADDITIONAL BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION

I have three children and in my spare time work in the family restaurant business!
