Teaching our youngest learners how to safely and responsibly use technology has been my focus for over 10 years of teaching. As a technology/computers teacher and instructional coach, it was my job to ensure students understood how to safely access and navigate digital platforms. I am now back in the classroom as a 4th grade teacher (which is where I started over a decade ago) but I still firmly believe that digital citizenship should begin young!
