I'm currently teaching K-5 Math Specials in a suburb of Atlanta. This is my 14th year of teaching. I taught 1st grade for 8 years and 3rd grade for 3 years. I love what I do! I truly believe in collaborating with other educators and making our jobs a little less stressful! Work smarter, not harder! :)
I like to incorporate hands-on, engaging, and meaningful activities with my instruction. I also try to incorporate technology as much as possible. I believe students can learn more and grow as individuals if they are collaborating and communicating effectively with the teacher and their classmates.
