Part of my classroom instruction experience includes working as a bilingual teacher, Science, Math, Special Education teacher, and as a professor in Bayamon Central University.
In my classroom, I use the model of constructivism and multiple intelligences as the best methodologies because they learn with their experiences and have the opportunity to develop other skills. Also, allow me to work with a diversity of students and in the process learn more to differentiate their needs and preferences. Choosing good strategies and a tactic of communication permit a communicative and democratic direction keeping in mind the individual particularities, the personal experience, the needs of each student, and to stimulate the active participation of the students. Having this in mind the quality of the education will be efficient, prominent, will have equity and efficiency.
