Among the 22 years I've in education I have taught 1st grade and 2nd grade. I spent a year as a high school counselor and am currently in my dream job of being an elementary school counselor of students in grades K-6.
I guide lessons, group counseling, and individual counseling with a kind and compassionate heart. Empathy and understanding is my goal when I work with children. I also work to dismantle and deconstruct systems of oppression and systemic racism through my work with children, families, and the community.
I currently serve as my local counseling association's vice president. In past year I served as president. Member NJCA Member ASCA
