When I graduated in 2007 I had dreams of becoming a History and Geography teacher. However, I had studied French right up to University - in fact, it was one of my minors. And so my journey as a French teacher began, because that's where the demand was. For as long as I can remember, I've been struggling to find quality French teaching aids and resources for my students. Eventually I ended up making them myself. Here's where I'll be sharing my creations in hope of making things a little easier for us French teachers.
Honestly, I'm a huge fan of the Socratic method - but that's only because as an adult, I enjoy learning that way. My students on the other hand learn best when something captures their imaginations. I endeavour to empower my students and help them take charge of their own learning. Fun activities and engaging lessons work best for them, and I hope that these resources prove useful in similar ways for you.

In addition to teaching, I am an avid photographer and filmmaker. I enjoy digital art and using it to tell stories. My husband and I sometimes have the privilege of travelling the world for this work, and it is one of the most enriching aspects of our lives. The experiences I gain further inform my teaching practice, as I enjoy sharing the knowledge I acquire from travelling with my students.
