My student teaching placements revolved around English where I taught grade 9-11 in Montreal. Since graduating from university I have taught French Immersion for four years (grade 5-7). I am currently teaching a split grade for the third year and love the challenge!
Varies based on the day - I typically find ways to incorporate humour and movement into activities to increase the level of energy!
Received an "Awesome Citation" from a grade 6 student... If that isn't impressive I don't know what is.
I earned my BEd in 2013 (English and Social Studies) and I continued on to earn an AQ in FSL Part 1 and Spec. Ed. Part 1 (Ontario). I will be working to complete both AQs in the coming years.
I am continually learning and working to improve my French Language skills. Being thrown into a FI classroom straight out of university has proven to be challenging but so rewarding.
