I have experiences teaching students K-adult. I have spent most of my time teaching adult ELL learners as well as fifth, third, second, and first grade students. My two most significant experiences so far have been in teaching English to adults in Ecuador and teaching a struggling international high school student, in an independent school setting, here in the states.
I love discovery and collaborative learning! Experiments, manipulatives, and centers are just some of my favorite things.

I graduated with a MSEd from Shenandoah University. I also attended James Madison University where I graduated with a degree in Interdisciplinary Liberal Studies and a math/science concentration. I earned minors in elementary education and Spanish.
It was in Virginia where I grew up, decided to become a teacher, and was educated. I'm now living the dream teaching in Northern Virginia, endeavoring to make a name for myself in the field of education. I am currently making and selling TpT products to support my family as I spend a year at home with my newborn daughter!
