I am a Speech-Language Pathologist with four years working in a public school district in Texas. I also worked three years for a home health company, and one year for an outpatient private practice. I now own my own speech therapy practice, where I see school aged children, privately. Working in these different settings has given me many different perspectives on the needs of different therapists.
I am pragmatic language enthusiast who specializes in creating social language resources for busy SLPS. I take complex skills and strategically break them down into easy to understand lessons, so your students will learn how to interpret and use these abstract skills.
I was chosen to be a presenter at the annual Texas Speech-Language Hearing Association (TSHA) in 2016 and 2017 in the category of AAC.
I obtained my undergraduate degree from Harding University and my masters degree from the University of Texas at Dallas.
