ADDITIONAL BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION

I'm Katie - a teacher and lover of all things learning. I have found a joy in teaching students to love learning and love them fully through the process. I think that one of the most important things in life is being intentional - intentionally loving others, intentionally planning lessons to be engaging and inspiring, and being intentional with instruction in the classroom. To me relationships come before learning and many of my teaching practices have been developed out of the need to teach the full student - mind, body, and soul. I believe the intention of teaching is to love, inspire, and learn. I look forward to discussing best practices with you! Check out my blog: intentionofteaching.weebly.com
