TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I’m Alex, a Transitional Kindergarten teacher and the creator of The Kindergarten Connection. My teaching journey started in a 1st grade classroom. I have also taught 2nd grade, a multiage class of 1st-3rd graders combined, Kindergarten, and then finally, Transitional Kindergarten, which is what I currently call home. I am an early childhood educator and advocate for developmentally appropriate education. I hold a B.A. in Elementary Education, a M.S. in Special Education, and a M.S in Curriculum and Design.
