Experience in teaching the following Communications courses: Public Speaking (Grades 9-12), CHS Argument and Debate (Grades 11-12), Broadcasting (9-12), Advanced Broadcasting (10-12), Journalism (9-12), and Video Editing (10-12)
Most of my classes are project-based courses, so I have a teaching style that represents that of a coach. I give students the tools needed to hone their craft and I help them on the sidelines along the way.

I am a lover of all things creative and am passionate about teaching others. Alongside teaching at the high school level, I have had the amazing opportunity to work with the Pittsburgh Pirates for almost five years as a producer, editor, and talent for Pirates Productions, as well as interned with Viacom (MTV Networks) in 2012 and Time TV in Los Angeles in 2011. I also have helped with my church production team and produced an entertainment web series for the past six years. In my spare time I love going to local concerts and discovering new music.
