I have taught IB DP & MYP History, DP Global Politics, AP World History. Theory of Knowledge and various other subjects over the past 20 years. My international career has taken me to South Korea, East Harlem, NYC, Brazil, Estonia, China, and the independent nation of Taiwan. I currently serve as MYP Coordinator and Instructional Coach at I-Shou International School in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. Here on TpT, I share resources not only for IB and social studies but for all subjects, especially those that empower students and create opportunities for individualized learning. I am also available to consult on and create custom materials for individual situations and challenges.
I generally explore inquiry, simulation, and project-based learning through hybrid learning platforms, flipped classrooms, individualized instruction, blended learning, holistic education strategies, and personal learning networks for students and teachers.
