Every teacher has something that they are really special at doing in the classroom - no matter who or how long every teacher has this thing and it makes a difference. My special talent that I bring to the classroom is orchestrating moments during the lesson for students to talk to partner's & receive social approval/support in an educational manner. In my TpT shop you will find inquiry based and direct instruction materials that support student's ability to turn and talk to a partner on what they are learning, reflect on their learning, and experiment with their knowledge. Not only does this support the objective, but it is a classroom management technique that allows students to talk without getting in trouble. Enjoy.
