TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I teach Kindergartners and I couldn't be happier!

MY TEACHING STYLE

I love cooperative learning as well as hands-on. I believe others can teach us things that we, ourselves, cannot. Cooperative learning is done best when students have a chance to discuss their ideas and help others learn when the teacher does not have any more to possibly give. Also, I favor hands on. Auditory or visual learning alone cannot sustain a perfect learning. Kids need hands-on learning. They need to make messes, build, discover, tear down, stock up, rip apart, put together, and so on, to make meaning of their world. My plans will always have cooperative learning and hands-on learning as much as they can.

HONORS/AWARDS/SHINING TEACHER MOMENT

My award is watching children grow and learn.
