TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I currently teach grades 1 and 2 at a small country-style school in Montana. It can be quite a challenge finding resources to fit the needs of my class. I have had some short-term experiences (including student teaching and substitute teaching) in Kindergarten, middle school, middle school Special Ed., and high school Special Ed. I also taught grades 4-8 at a Hutterite the past 2 years. It's hard to imagine ever teaching a single grade! I'd have so much time on my hands!

ADDITIONAL BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION

I am one of 10 children in my family and was the first to go straight to college after high school and graduate! I was also the first to use my degree right away after graduation. I have several nieces and nephews (41 and counting!), 1 great-niece, and 1 great-nephew! (I became an aunt when I was 4). Ever since I knew what a teacher was, I wanted to be one! My younger siblings were always forced to play school with me!
