I have taught third grade and preschool, but my true passion is for first. I have been in first-grade for nine years now and have no plans to ever leave it! First grade is my home.
I love making my lessons as fun and interactive as possible. I make as many games as possible to reinforce skills. I would take games over worksheets any day!
I have been honored to have taught HUNDREDS of children! Every smile, every "a-ha" moment is an award. I wouldn't trade it for the world!
Graduated from Northern Arizona University in 2005 with degree in Elementary Ed.
I have three daughters on my own. They have helped me to be a better teacher. I understand children more because of them. They have been some of my best teachers!
