12 years in NYS public education. I have taught (and continue to teach) Regents level Earth Science, Special Education Earth Science, Honors Earth Science, Astronomy, College Astronomy, Virtual High School meteorology, and I serve as director of our school's planetarium where I instruct K-5 students and host pre-K visitations.
I think a great classroom isn't always a quiet classroom. If students are interested, there isn't a need to worry about discipline nearly as much!

I enjoy spending time with my wife and two boys. I love doing anything outdoors! I am actively using my knowledge of both science content and special education teaching practices to create clear, meaningful lessons, worksheets, labs, activities, and presentations.
