I have twenty-five years of teaching under my belt. Originally, I taught French. Then, for several years I taught both French and English. Seven years ago, I switched over to teaching English exclusively.
I follow what I like to call The Dog Whisperer philosophy of teaching. I am calm and assertive with my students. I set clear expectations and let them know what the consequences will be if they fail to meet my expectations.
I have been given Highly Qualified status by the state of Wyoming.
I received a Bachelor's degree from the University of Wyoming in 1992, with a double-major in French and English. In 1993, I was awarded a second Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education.
