TEACHING EXPERIENCE

My experience includes 14 years of teaching in California public schools; much of that time has been spent working with second-language learners and other special education populations. I have taught English in grades 9-12, Journalism, and worked as an AVID Program Coordinator. I have also worked as a test item writer for the ACT, and provided mentoring to new teachers as a BTSA Support Provider.
