TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have taught Spanish and History for 5 years at the high school level. I am extremely passionate about teaching and it often shows through the engagement and excitement that these lessons bring into the classroom.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I am constantly looking for ways to implement hands-on, student led, project based lessons. Bringing history alive through simulations and other performance tasks allows the students to grasp a much richer understanding of the material. Most of what I offer on this site is project based with the goal of getting students to achieve specific lesson and unit objectives as well as answer the essential questions that go along with each.
