MY TEACHING STYLE

I am a facilitator of learning. I adapt my approach depending on the needs of my students and the material that needs to be taught.

HONORS/AWARDS/SHINING TEACHER MOMENT

I have a BA in Geology, a BS in Elementary Education, and a MS Ed in Curriculum and Instruction

ADDITIONAL BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION

As a teacher, I know that meeting the needs of a diverse group of students can be challenging. I make materials that are useful and adaptable to the needs of my students. Classroom time is limited, so I try to make the most of it. My task cards are great for review and I have designed my module assessments to be very similar to previous state tests so that my students are familiar with the style and format right from the start.
