I am a zealous and passionate fourth year teacher who is continually striving and learning to become the best educator I can possibly be! I am currently teaching fourth grade English Language Arts and Social Studies in San Angelo (a small rural community in Texas). I am bursting with new and exciting ideas that I yearn to share with other teachers!
I firmly believe that each child is a unique individual who possesses the capability to learn. However, the learning process is highly dependent on the teacher. The educator is responsible for providing a stimulating environment that promotes intellectual, emotional, physical, and social development. It is my personal desire, as an educator, to create such an atmosphere that aids each student in meeting his or her fullest potential. There are three key elements in which I consider to be crucial in order to foster a healthy and successful classroom environment: efficient classroom management, differentiated learning, and high expectations for each pupil.

I was born and raised in a small town in Texas. I come from a long line of teachers, and I am passionate about education! In my free time I enjoy playing sports, running, crafting, and spending time with my friends and family :)
