MY TEACHING STYLE

My teaching style constantly evolves based on research and current education trends and philosophies. However, at the heart of my beliefs is that children should enjoy coming to school each day and that they will love to learn if you love to teach.

HONORS/AWARDS/SHINING TEACHER MOMENT

2011-2012 and 2010-2011 New York State Winner- Disney's Planet Challenge: Authentic Teaching of Science Curriculum in a Meaningful Setting 2012 Blue Ribbon School Staff Recipient 2005-Recipient of over $10,000 in grant materials for curriculum use in the classroom due to innovative instructional methodology.
