TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Angela McByrd has been teaching for roughly four years. She has taught grades 3rd through 8th in mathematics and science. Angela is recently completed her Masters degree in Curriculum and Instruction and is currently working towards her Doctorate of Education in Educational Leadership. She is excited to be sharing some of her resources with other teachers to make the learning process more interactive, fun, and effective.

MY TEACHING STYLE

Angela's teaching style is very "in your face" and hands-on. Angela believes that learning should be an exciting experience that will challenge students, but also meet them where they are and progress forward. Angela loves project-based learning lessons in the classroom!

MY OWN EDUCATIONAL HISTORY

Angela attended the Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy for high school, which majorly increased and catered to her love of math and science. Afterward, Angela attended Oglethorpe University where she received a Bachelors Degree in Mathematics. Angela received her Masters Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Concordia University. Angela is currently working towards her Doctorate of Education in Educational Leadership at Liberty University
