She founded Storytree Children's Theatre and Theatreteacher.org to foster arts-integrated theatre education and to develop the child's voice and imagination through playwriting and performance. Her programming includes in-class arts-integrated lessons that teach standards-based curriculum in science, math, social studies and history; and, professional development for teachers to learn how to integrate the arts into any lesson. She writes and produces plays that weaves curriculum and social issues into entertaining plays. Her plays include: Aesop's Fables; Penelope and the Gods of Olympus; Sweetgrass Salt Marsh; and more.
