TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I am an English teacher. I have experience in English 1, English 2, English 3, Freshman Seminar (English 1 Preparation), English 1 ESOL, and High School 101 (Life Skills for 9th Graders)

MY TEACHING STYLE

I believe that multimedia texts and writing are the keys to success in English courses. So many of our students sit, read, and reflect in the English class. All of these skills are necessary; however, I feel that it is imperative that a student takes action in the classroom through interactive activities, a variety of writing prompts, and literacy-based differentiated instruction.
