TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Patricia Kodet coordinated the art program and instructed in the classrooms for Pleasant Ridge school district for 13 years. Her lessons have been developed and taught in the classroom and her private instruction art studio. She has worked in hundreds of classrooms in over 19 public and private schools in Placer and Nevada Counties in California. She helped in the development of the National Standards for Arts Education and the California Visual Art Standards.

MY TEACHING STYLE

Directed draw or paint until basic skills are accomplished, then use skills in creative expression. Most lessons coordinate with other core ciriculum in each grade level.
