I spend most of my time teaching outside of the classroom and thrive when I have the opportunity to apply common teaching principles to uncommon situations. I currently teach outdoor education and run an organization that focuses on experiential health education and adventure therapy for individuals with chronic illness. I have a Master of Education degree specializing in experiential ed and am an Ontario Certified Teacher. I am also a Certified Diabetes Educator and Registered Kinesiologist and love applying my knowledge of teaching and education to these fields.
