20 Years High School Class Experience 4 Years College Adjunct
After 20 years, I have given up on my much-loved Lecture/Direct Instruction Model, and I have spent the last five inverting my classroom to an Inquiry-based design and curricular structure, incorporating cultural signs, symbols, and technology to teach the age old virtues of literacy and rhetoric. It's frustrating, at times, but well wroth the effort.
