TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have been teaching for four years, and was a special education aide for a year before that. I started out in fourth grade, then moved to third grade. The next year I was moved up to fifth grade. I finally landed back in third grade, where I am hoping to stay for a long time.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I am all about building and maintaining connections with my students. In my experience, building a positive classroom environment leads to students wanting to learn and grow. I am not afraid to get silly with my students, to create a bit of a mess and what looks like chaos, or to have a ton of fun on a daily basis.
