MY TEACHING STYLE

I believe everyone should play to their strengths. My strength is small group instruction. For that, students work in a variety of groups: Learning groups (even ability groups), Discussion (mixed ability groups), and Work (random groups). I also have students work in pairs a lot and Think-Pair-Share is used in instruction.
