Teaching is both an art and a science. It is difficult to sum up my teaching style in to one category. I believe in organization and flexibility. While planning and delivering lessons, I used a wide variety of teaching strategies, approaches, and instructional methods within my classroom such as cooperative learning, inquiry learning, small groups, learning centers, and direct instruction to help my students feel inspired, motivated, enthusiastic, welcomed, challenged, and engaged. There is no "one size fits all" approach when educating students.
