I have taught grade three for almost 4 years. I love my little learners and how much they want to know! I love to laugh, learn and love with my kiddos each day! Grade taught: 7ELA, 2/3 Gifted and Talented, 3 Homeroom.
I love using Tribes activities to engage kids in a classwide theme (survivor, Harry potter, the amazing race) to work with their tribe. I also love integrating technology as all my students are digital natives! I believe in the importance of small group instruction and active practice and use a lot of centers/ work stations in my program.
