Welcome to Tiny Otter Teaching! My name is Alexandra and I am a former teacher from Arlington, Virginia. I have a Master’s in Education and am dual certified PK-6 for general education and PK-12 for special education. I taught preschool and 1st grade (general and special education inclusion) from 2008-2014 when I let go of teaching to become a first time mommy and continue fighting my battle with Chronic Lyme Disease. Although I am not able to return to the classroom yet, I still enjoy creating educational materials for my husband (a first grade teacher), my teacher friends, and now with all of you. It has been a great way for me to stay connected to the teaching world. I hope you find some items you can enjoy in your classroom and with your students! Thanks for stopping by Tiny Otter Teaching!
