I have been providing speech language pathology services in a public school setting, primarily at the junior high level (7th-9th), for 9 years. Most years, I also provide therapy for a few K-2nd students. Areas of specialty: Augmentative Alternative Communication (AAC), oral motor intervention, speaking fluency (stuttering), pragmatics (social skills), articulation, grammar, and vocabulary.
My preferred teaching style is a "hands-on" experience for the student through engaging activities that provide visual, auditory, and kinesthetic learning opportunities.
