I an itinerant teacher for the deaf and hard of hearing. I have been in special education for nine years.
The best way to characterize my teaching style is flexible. I teach kids from preschool to grade twelve, moving through multiple locations each day. I don't know what experiences have impacted their world (home or school) prior to my arrival. I believe that all children have the ability to learn and that each holds unique and individual talents. I strive to help them see the value of those abilities and characteristics within themselves. I love the opportunity to think outside the box!
