TEACHING EXPERIENCE

second/third grade teacher / math liaison. Fifteen years. Trained in teacher's college for reading and writing.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I primarily create lesson plans based on the Teacher's College methodology, but all can be used no matter what curriculum you are using. Everything I post is a formal lesson plan so if you need something for an observation, or in case you don't feel like doing so much work throughout the year, then my lessons are for you. In addition, my style is somewhat unusual because in some lessons I use puppets to motivate/engage. I have a basic wooden puppet theater and many puppets, both finger, hand, and even homemade ones. You can use these ideas or you can modify all lessons to meet your teaching style. All common core standards are also listed in each lesson plan. I continuously post things here so give me time to upload more and more each day!!!
