TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I've spent the last 9 years of my teaching career working with English learners at both the middle school and high school level. In addition, I've been an instructional coach to teachers who work with English learners at the middle school level.

MY TEACHING STYLE

Creative and collaborative with a dual focus on teaching both content and language acquisition. Lessons are scaffolded and most often follow the model of Optimal Learning.
