TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Welcome! We are glad you are visiting our site. Mary Lou Frank holds Ph.D. and M.S. degrees are in Psychology from Colorado State University. To gain additional training, she completed the Advanced Negotiations for Executives at Harvard University and took the Mediation training at Brenau University. Currently, she is a Fellow at the Institute for Higher Education at the University of Georgia and has recently taught classes at Brenau University and Middle Georgia State University. In higher education, she has served as a professor, department chair, dean, and interim vice president. She has been a consultant, trainer, and speaker nationally and internationally on mediation, diversity, ethics, and leadership. Kenneth Frank holds a J.D. from the University of Colorado and a Master’s Degree in Conflict Resolution from Columbia College. He is a Professor and Director of the undergraduate degree program in Conflict Resolution and Legal Studies at Brenau University and has received the Ann Austin Johnston Outstanding Faculty Award. Recently, he was honored by the InterNational Academy for Dispute Resolution as the "Coach of the Year." Over the years, he served as Chair of the Humanities Program and Chair of the First-Year Experience Program. He has been a trainer/consultant for organizations as diverse as the Atlanta History Center, and Universities in Poland, Greece, Dubai, and China.
