I have taught English in grades 7-12 in public and independent schools for 14 years.
I take great pride in teaching a demanding curriculum that asks provocative questions, teaches the skills and language of the discipline, and exposes my students to diverse authors and texts. Many of my students are intermediate English language learners, and I use the same rigorous curriculum with them as I do with my general education students.
