TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Currently in my 12th year of elementary teaching, I have taught 1 year of 3rd grade, 3 years in 2nd grade and the rest in 1st grade. I have 1 1/2 years of experience as a Reading Recovery teacher, working exclusively with 1st graders in that experience.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I prefer working in small groups and love guided reading, guided math and hands-on science, but I am in a full size classroom with 23 students this year.
