Sometimes, rubrics are the worst. You have to read every single box (on top of reading to assignment itself) and make a large judgement call, depending on the wording on the rubric itself. You think it can't get worse. Then you see the ACT Writing

TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I graduated from Saint Louis University in 2010 and started subbing at a large, public school. After a small hiatus, I am now teaching at a small, urban district right outside St. Louis.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I prefer to be the "Guide on the Side" rather than constantly being at the center of the class. I tend to design activities that the students can muddle through with assistance from peers and myself, rather than lecturing. In fact, last year, I only gave 1 day of notes.
