About Our Company

Dr. Adams began her educational career teaching third grade and then taught fifth grade for five years. After earning gifted certification, Dr. Adams began instructing gifted and talented elementary students and integrated her love of mathematics into the gifted classroom and elementary school when she began a math club for the fourth and fifth grade students. Dr. Adams's experiences working with the gifted students and the math club led her to found the Metamo4ic (metamorphic) Math Center. The Math Center, located in Ferguson, Missouri, was a hands-on museum for mathematics, and was destroyed by a tornado in 2011. In 2013, Dr. Adams founded U-Can-Do Math and began publishing books on changing attitudes about math by integrating math history and showing kids of all ages how math works.
