I am currently teaching U.S and A.C.A.D History, Spanish I, Intro to Foreign Language and best practices at two Universities. I have an undergraduate degree in History, Political Science and Spanish Teaching, a Masters in Curriculum Development and Design and am working on a doctoral degree in Education

For three decades I have taught and played a leadership role at the elementary, secondary and collegiate levels, in English language and second language learner programs and in both public and private schools. In addition I have taught U.S. History and Education at the collegiate level, and I conduct annual field study seminars for teachers of American History. My undergraduate degrees are in History, Political Science and Spanish. My graduate degree is in Education. “I’ve had the opportunity to work with some of the best teachers in the nation, I know what I’m doing simply because I’ve had a chance to borrow from the best! I love teaching – indeed I hope to be doing it when I pass my hundredth birthday!” I have presented numerous professional development seminars. In addition to my professorial role at two local universities (one private and one public), I have worked as an adjunct professor teaching pedagogy and best strategies via an online collegiate course. I have presented multiple times at the Utah Social Studies Teachers Association, served as vice president of the Utah Spanish Council, presented twice at the CITES middle school conference, presented at the National Teachers of Foreign Language Conference, and National Gifted and Talented Conference and taught multiple presentations at district and state-wide Social Studies, technology, pedagogy and Foreign language conferences.
