TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Hello Educators! My name is Runda Alamour and I live in the beautiful Swannanoa Valley in Western North Carolina. Valley Sunrise Inspirations is a TPT store dedicated to creating and sharing quality resources for your classroom with a focus on ELA and building classroom community.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I am a passionate and dedicated educator with the drive to inspire students to become their best selves. I believe in facilitating a classroom environment for my students that is inclusive, culturally relevant, and accessible. I always try my best to ensure that students feel safe, respected, and valued. My teaching practice is creative, flexible, engaging, and compassionate.

I consider myself to be an education advocate and leader. I believe that teachers have a vital role in maintaining access to a quality education for their students, as well as a role in shaping how educators and the field of education grow on local, state, and national levels.
