TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Kimberly Ransom is an education consultant with over 17 years of education experience. She received a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from the University of Oklahoma and a Master of Science in Teaching, Learning and Educational Leadership from Oklahoma State University. As a teacher, Kimberly's students consistently showed growth and improvement on district and state tests. This recognition allowed her to work in various leadership capacities such as: mentor teacher, curriculum developer and team leader. After teaching for over a decade, Kimberly became a School Improvement Consultant for the largest education company in the world. In this role, Kimberly provided professional development and consulting services to over 15 different school districts throughout the United States including districts in: California, New York, Tennessee, Connecticut, Texas, Oklahoma, Florida, Virginia, Washington and Indiana. Kimberly is also an experienced virtual trainer and has provided virtual training to schools in the US, Milan & Quebec. These experiences provided Kimberly with opportunities to diversify her consultative expertise in several areas: curriculum development, instructional coaching, leadership training and school improvement. Currently, she is the owner and founder of ViableEducation Solutions, LLC.
