TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have taught overseas, created curriculum for an online elementary school, taught 2nd grade and for the past several years I've worked with teachers K-12 throughout my county and the US as an Instructional Coach with a focus on integrating technology.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I am not a fan of textbooks, but recognize they can be a necessary evil. I'm a hands-on teacher and have my students up and moving throughout the day. I prefer small group activities to whole group lessons and find myself differentiating on the fly -without having all possible teaching scenarios written down.

HONORS/AWARDS/SHINING TEACHER MOMENT

I'm a Google for Education Certified Trainer as well as a Google for Education Certified Innovator.
