The title of my store, Worksheet Shmirksheet, succinctly expresses how I feel about handing a child a pile of papers to fill out and calling that "teaching". Having worked my entire 30+ year career with language impaired, ESL, and Low SES students, I know that I must get my students out of their seats and ENGAGE their whole bodies if I want to make a lasting impression. If you are looking for more than just worksheets and task cards, and you're open to the idea that learning can be fun, check out my store.
