I've spent the last 16 years in public schools. Most of that time has been spent teaching at the middle school level, in both general and special education roles. The most rewarding work I've done has been coaching K-12 teachers around my state. Through a statewide initiative, I was honored to induct brand new teachers into this amazing profession. I guided them through analyzing student engagement, student learning and their own classroom management. I had the privilege of watching them grow. I provide professional learning opportunities to teachers, school and districts focused on co-teaching, differentiated instruction and classroom systems. You can find my offerings as e-courses, or live for national audiences.
